Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and debugging

To fulfill concierge service requests and coordinate with local service providers
To send you confirmation emails and service updates
To process membership payments via Stripe
To verify your identity when you sign in via magic link
To improve our services and troubleshoot issues

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only as necessary to provide our services:

Service providers: Local vendors and partners who fulfill your service requests receive only the information needed to complete the job (e.g., your name, delivery address, and request details)

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and service request history for as long as you are a member or active guest. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@mountaintimeutah.com. Payment records may be retained as required by law.

We use a single authentication cookie (mtu-session) to keep you logged in. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure, and expires after 30 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Security
