1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mountain Time Utah Concierge platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including vacation guests, members, and visitors.
2. Description of Service
Mountain Time Utah provides a concierge request platform allowing authorized guests and members to browse and request local services including grocery stocking, transportation, private chef bookings, and other lifestyle services in the Heber Valley and surrounding areas. We act as a coordinator between you and local service providers.
3. Eligibility & Account Access
Access to the Service is limited to:
- Guests with an active reservation through Mountain Time Utah
- Active annual members in good standing
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login link and session. Notify us immediately at info@mountaintimeutah.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Service Requests
- Requests are not guaranteed. Submitting a request does not confirm availability. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and pricing.
- Lead time. Most services require at least 48 hours advance notice. Some services (private chefs, specialty rentals) may require more time.
- Service area. We serve Heber City, Midway, Park City, Deer Valley, and the Jordanelle area. Services outside this area may not be available.
- Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate information in all service requests. Inaccurate requests may result in cancellation.
5. Payments & Memberships
- Membership fee: $250/year, billed annually via Stripe. Memberships are non-refundable after the first 7 days.
- Service pricing: Prices shown on the platform are estimates. Final pricing is confirmed before service delivery.
- Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
- Cancellations: Service request cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee at our discretion.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
Many services are fulfilled by independent local vendors. Mountain Time Utah coordinates these services but is not liable for the actions, quality, or performance of third-party providers. We make reasonable efforts to vet all providers, but we do not guarantee the quality of third-party services.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit false or misleading service requests
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Abuse the platform or staff in any way
- Upload malicious files or content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mountain Time Utah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or services requested through the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wasatch County, Utah.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
